Educational service

Aura assessments, reports and programs provide general wellness education and decision support. They do not create a clinician-patient relationship and are not medical care.

Purchases and delivery

The $49 report and $197 30-day reset are one-time digital purchases. Access begins after Stripe confirms payment. Customers should save or print their report. Prices, included materials and delivery details shown at checkout control.

Refunds

Because access to digital personalized material may begin immediately, refund eligibility must be stated clearly at checkout. Until Aura publishes a final refund policy, customers should contact Aura promptly about access or billing problems. This draft does not limit rights provided by applicable law.

Personal use

Purchased reports and programs are licensed for the purchaser’s personal, non-commercial use. Aura content may not be resold, republished or represented as clinical advice.

No guarantees

Individual experiences and outcomes vary. Aura does not guarantee symptom improvement, weight change, disease prevention or any particular result.

Emergency and professional care

Do not use Aura to respond to an emergency or delay professional care. Use emergency services or an appropriate crisis service when immediate help may be needed.
