Aura’s assessments, reports, plans, educational materials, wellness suggestions, and personalized content are provided for entertainment and general informational purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional.
Do not use Aura to make decisions about medications, medical treatment, mental-health treatment, supplements, or urgent health concerns. Always consult an appropriately qualified professional. If you believe you may be experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource immediately.
Digital product and acknowledgment
Before purchase, the customer must affirmatively acknowledge the entertainment and informational nature of the product. Aura records the timestamp and minimum purchase metadata, not health answers. Marketing consent is separate and optional.
What is and is not included
Aura provides a browser-generated customized reflection and planning experience. It does not include medical or clinical review, therapy, coaching, one-on-one wellness guidance, unlimited personal support, diagnosis, treatment, or guaranteed outcomes. Customer support is limited to payment, access, delivery, technical, email-correction, and refund issues.
Delivery and saving your plan
After intake, the personalized Aura plan will be generated and made available. Most plans are available shortly after completion, but allow up to 24 hours if additional processing is required.
The completed plan is generated privately in the customer’s browser and is not permanently stored in an Aura account. Customers must print it or save it as a PDF. Switching devices or clearing browser data may require repeating the intake.
Location and taxes
Applicable taxes, if any, will be calculated based on the customer’s location and the tax treatment of the purchased service. The current deploy preview does not collect tax and does not represent either product as universally tax-exempt.
Access and personal use
Secure return links are time-limited bearer links: anyone receiving a forwarded link may use it until expiry, so do not forward it. Aura may revoke access after a refund or suspected misuse. Contact support from the purchase email address for verified recovery.
Refunds and non-waivable rights
The Seven-Day Refund Policy applies, subject to rights that cannot legally be waived.
